Apply to Ithaca
Overview of the Application Process
Step One: Save a tree -- apply online!
Ithaca accepts the Common Application exclusively. Just fill out the Common Application and the special Ithaca supplement online.

Learn more about our early decision option.
Ithaca only accepts the Common Application. We strongly encourage you to submit this application online, along with the Ithaca College supplement you'll find on the Common Application site. If you need to use the printed version of the Common Application, you can download a PDF of the application and our supplement on the Common Application site.
Step Two: The easy stuff.
We'll need the secondary school report, midyear report, and teacher evaluation forms you'll find on the Common App website. Depending on your high school's policy, your teachers and counselors may choose to complete the forms online. If you need to submit by paper, you should print the appropriate PDF forms from the Common Application site and give them to your guidance counselor.
Requirements for Transfer Students | International Students
Some programs have special requirements. Check them out below.
Step Three: Tell us the score.
If for some reason you didn't tell the SAT or ACT people to send us your scores when you took the test, arrange to have them sent ASAP.
Special note for transfer students only: You may send us your scores if you like, but you don't have to!
Odds are you listed Ithaca as a destination for your test scores before you answered your first multiple choice question. But if your interest in Ithaca is recent, make sure the proper testing agency sends us an official score report before the application deadline (your high school will have request forms). If you took the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), we'll need a score report for that as well.
