Campus Orientation and Summer Institute Check-In

Check in will be from 12:00 noon - 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6. During that time, some of our Peer Leaders will be available in Clarke Hall in case you want to store any of your luggage or belongings that you won't need during Orientation. I suggest you just take an overnight bag to Orientation because you have to hike up and down the hill with your belongings and, believe me, that can be hard to do!

Clarke Hall is located on the lower quads just to the left of the Fitness Center. When you check in at Orientation, anyone working there should be able to point you in the right direction. If you won't be arriving between 12:00 - 3:00 pm that day, email Kate Brown at kbrown@ithaca.edu to make arrangements on how to get your things stored with us.

When you finish with Orientation on July 8, you will transfer to the Summer Institute.

Upon completion of Orientation on July 8, you need to come to Clarke Hall once again and check in for the Summer Institute. There the Peer Leaders will be waiting to meet you and hand out your room key, meal pass, lots of supplies, anything you stored with us, and you'll be able to meet up with your Summer Institute roommate.

Again, if you have any questions, feel free to email Kate Brown at kbrown@ithaca.edu.
