Campus Food Service Options and Hours

The Ithaca Bakery retail food service venue located in the Campus Center will be open on Saturday, May 18, from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 19, from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. On Saturday, May 18, the Towers Eatery and Social will also be open from 5:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Please remember that campus retail food service requires purchasing through GrubHub, either using the app or via a kiosk at the venue.

Additional Information for Attendees and Supporters

  • Tickets can be printed or saved to a cell phone 
  • Tickets are only for the May 2024 Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 19, 2024, to be held at 10:00 a.m. EST 
  • One ticket per person 
  • A ticket can be scanned once 
  • There is NO re-entry into the building once the ticket has been scanned 
  • All guests ages 2 and older are required to have a ticket 

FOR GRADUATE HOODING AND COMMENCEMENT
Due to the nature of the graduate hooding, all family and friends of graduate students are cordially invited to attend the ceremony. No tickets are needed. Family and friends should plan to be in their seats no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The A&E Center will open to guests one hour prior to the ceremony start time. 

FOR COMMENCEMENT
Family and friends should plan to be in their seats no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The A&E Center will open to guests at 8:00 a.m. 

Yes! Flowers will be available for sale at both the Graduate Hooding and Commencement and Commencement ceremonies in the A&E Center. Concessions will be available for purchase on-site. 
(The College Store will also be open in Phillips Hall on both Saturday and Sunday.) 

Ithaca College has partnered with a local vendor, Island Photography, to provide comprehensive coverage of this year’s Saturday Graduate Hooding and Commencement and Sunday Commencement ceremonies. Your graduate will have two picture opportunities taken during the ceremony. These photos will be made available for purchase within two weeks following the ceremony with instructions provided in an email sent directly to Class of 2024 graduates.

The west entrance of the A&E Center (campus side) will be available for guest use. Accessible drop-off and entry are available through the east entrance.
