Listserve
(MajorDomo) Account Request Form
This form is to be used to request new, renew and assume
responsibility for Majordomo lists. If you want to announce your
list to all student, the Mailing List Announcement Request Form
must also be completed. |

List Announcement Request From
This form is to be used by registered IC student
organizations who wish to announce their oganization's Majordomo
(listserv) list to all students. This can only be done once per
semester. |
