| ITS Quick Guides and tutorials are designed to assist users in getting started with supported applications and systems at Ithaca College. In addition to those available online, printed Quick Guides are available in the ITS main office in Muller 102. If you have suggestions for new Quick Guides that you would like to see produced, please call (274-1000) or e-mail ITS.
Quick Guides online are provided in either Acrobat Reader/PDF or HTML format. (For some, both formats are available.) If you don't already have it, you'll need to get Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to display and print documentation that's provided in the Acrobat Reader/PDF format.
ITS also provides online tutorials on various topics, shown below within their relevant topic areas. Tutorials are available as Flash files (.swf) or movie files (.mov format), which you can play using a media player such as Adobe Flash Player (.swf), QuickTime player (.mov) or Real Player (.mov). Media players are already installed on computers that faculty and staff use as part of IC's Technology Renewal Program.
