Registration
Complete the online registration form below to register for a workshop and pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). If you prefer to register and pay by check, please complete the printable registration form (PDF) and mail with payment.
Registration for the graduate music workshops begins February 15 and continues through June 11 on a space-available basis. Space is limited; therefore, early registration is encouraged.
Tuition
Workshops are open to both graduate degree students and nondegree students and may be taken for two graduate credits or on a noncredit basis. The cost to receive two graduate credits is $1,390. The fee for noncredit workshop participation is $695.
Campus Housing for Graduate Music Workshop Participants
Campus housing is available from Sunday, June 24 through Friday, June 29, 2012. The standard residence hall has community bathrooms and showers (separated by gender) and is not climate controlled. The deadline to request campus housing is June 11, 2012. Requests for campus housing after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Standard residence hall single: $200.00 (for 6 nights)
Standard residence hall double: $112.50 per person (for 6 nights)
Another option for housing is to stay off campus. We have secured a block of rooms for workshop participants just up the road at the Country Inn & Suites at a group rate of $129 per night. Reference "IC Grad Music Workshops" when making your reservation. Reservations must be made by June 1, 2012, in order to take advantage of the reduced rate.

Campus Housing Check-in
Workshop participants who make arrangements to stay in campus housing will pick up their room key from the summer housing office. Participants may check in no earlier than noon on Sunday, June 24. On the day their workshop begins they may check in anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The summer housing office is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Persons unable to check-in before 9:00 p.m. should contact the summer housing office beginning Monday, May 21, at 607-274-1637 to make special check-in arrangements.) For questions before the summer housing office opens on May 21, call 607-274-3313.
Campus Housing Checkout
Workshop participants should consult with summer housing staff for proper checkout procedures.
Meals
Meal plans are not available; however, meals may be purchased at the College's Food Court, the dining hall, or off campus. The Food Court offers a wide variety of food at modest prices. Refund Policy
Workshop registration fees will be refunded if a request is received by Graduate and Professional Studies no later than the end of the first day of the workshop. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date.
