This exchange program is for students in the Gerontology Institute, HS&HP, and Communications. The exchange agreement is with the Jönköping School of Education and Communication, and with the Jönköping School of Health Sciences. Students live in housing with Swedish students.

As with all Ithaca College exchange programs:

  • Tuition will be paid to Ithaca College
  • State, federal and institutional financial aid may be applied to the program cost, though actual aid amounts will be re-evaluated based upon actual program expenses.
  • Credits earned abroad are guaranteed to transfer back to Ithaca College, and grades received will be calculated in cumulative GPA.
  • A leave of absence is not required – students remain active Ithaca College students while abroad on an exchange program.
  • Housing will be provided either in residence halls or in off-campus apartments, depending upon location and availability
  • Meal plans are not available, but students will have access to kitchen facilities, cafeterias and restaurants.
