• Proven financial need as established by the Ithaca College Office of Financial Aid
• Evidence of academic merit, GPA at least 3.0
• Evidence of good citizenship skills both on and off campus
• Must have sophomore standing in the upcoming year
• Preference given to students from rural areas of New York State
