Veteran's services is a unit within the Office of the Registrar to assist veterans of the United States armed forces, reservists, dependents of disabled veterans, and deceased veterans receive education benefits in compliance with the regulations of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). We support the College’s mission by serving students in a timely, informed, and courteous manner. As veteran advocates, we are committed to ensuring that our processes are tailored to meet the needs of those receiving benefits and complement student learning.

Holley Westbrook, the VA School Certifying Official at Ithaca College, serves as the liaison between the College and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and is responsible for processing requests for veterans’ benefits and verifying student enrollment to the VA. Certification includes the following:
- Dates of enrollment
- Total number of credit hours enrolled
- Change in enrollment status
- Change of degree program
- Tuition and fee amounts
