Students, staff, and faculty are invited to a presentation and book signing with author and educator Robin Wall Kimmerer on October 23rd from 5:30-7:30 pm in Emerson Suites. Light refreshments provided.
Kimmerer will discuss how we might decolonize education by integrating indigenous knowledge as a complement to western scientific knowledge. The talk examines the relationship between three metaphors for types of knowledge.
