We partner closely with our colleagues at the University of Rochester Medical Center who oversee the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program award for central and western New York State.
Capitalizing on the unique resources of our partnering institutions, we acknowledge that a regional geriatric education effort surpasses the capability of any single institution. We work with community partners in rural areas to identify training gaps and to plan and implement accessible and affordable training programs.
