Jason DeLand is a founding partner of Anomaly, a new-model, multidisciplinary marketing communications firm/advertising agency. The shop’s success recently earned Advertising Age’s highest recognition, "2017’s Agency of the Year."
DeLand leads major client business including Global Budweiser, Panera, MLB, and Dick’s Sporting Goods at Anomaly, and in 2012, Adweek featured DeLand on their list of "20 Most Influential People Under 40."
Before joining Anomaly, DeLand served as Partner and Head of Business Development at G2, where he worked at the group level to integrate service offerings and compensation structures. Prior to G2, DeLand served as senior vice president of sales & marketing for PCCW—Hong Kong Telecom—one of the largest marketers in Hong Kong, where he helped lead a marketing restructuring of the company's Business to Consumer group, developed a M&A marketing strategy, created new product/content initiatives for Greater China, and managed several agency relationships, including Omnicom's BBDO and WPP's Ogilvy. In 2012, DeLand was recognized on AdWeek's list of "Young Influentials: 20 Under 40." DeLand began his career at the New York office of TBWA/Chiat/Day, where he became the new business director at the age of 22.
