Tamar is a B.F.A. Film major and Audio Production for TV and Film minor. This year, she will be volunteering at the Finger Lakes ReUse Center with fellow Park Scholars. There she will assist with store needs, help keep usable items out of landfills, and collaborate on their media production output. Her high school film experience has impressed upon her the importance and undeniable power of digital media. She plans to work with as many as possible and aims to share and create meaningful stories that make a positive impact on the community. On campus, Tamar is excited to gain hands-on experience with The Ithacan as a member of the video team and a content creator for the social media team. She is also involved with Park Promotions, Buzzsaw magazine, BomberTHON!, and IC Mixed.
