I want to pursue the PA profession because it allows for the flexibility to work across a variety of specialties while being part of an interdisciplinary team in which you can provide patients with all levels of care. Searching for a team based environment that also allows me to have a broad scope of practice is what drew me towards being a PA. I chose Ithaca College's PA Program because of my previous experiences serving the Ithaca community. I believe Ithaca College is able to give me the tools and perspective necessary to treat a diverse group of patients who need specialized care while also equipping me to understand their personal, holistic context. I'm looking forward to growing alongside my peers in our professional journey as Ithaca College's first PA cohort. In the future, I am excited to treat underserved populations alongside a team of other medical professionals.
