I want to be a PA to help combat health disparities and advocate for those who are underserved. I aim to provide adequate continuity of care to the homeless and medically underserved communities around me. I chose Ithaca College PA Program because I read how Dr. Salahshor started this program as a response to the needs of the community. I wanted to be part of a program that truly listens and advocates for the needs of their community. I saw that I could make an actual impact and be directed by a strong leader. As a PA student, I look forward to learning about what I am truly passionate about. As a future PA, I look forward to providing patient-centered care to medically underserved communities both nationally and abroad.
