Bill says his time at Ithaca College helped prepare him to tackle the world of business, and he sees his service on the board as a way to make sure the college continues to offer the one-of-a-kind experiences that help students succeed.
"Ithaca College gave me much more than an education," Bill says. "My professors and mentors, my friends, the opportunities I had to figure out who I was as a person, and my family, having met my wife [Ann Nelligan '86] at Ithaca—these things made a difference in my life. I'm happy to do whatever I can to help the college and its students."
Bill holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Ithaca College, and has remained connected with the School of Business by coming back to campus as a guest speaker and by mentoring many business students throughout the years.
Outside of his service to IC, Bill has participated on the CEO Council for Growth, supported the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and championed philanthropic efforts with the United Way and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Bill and Ann live in the Philadelphia area with their four children.
