Stress Management Toolbox

Life…… right? 

Many people are feeling more anxious and finding that their usual coping strategies are not working as well.  CAPS is pleased to announce that we will be offering Stress Management Toolbox Groups (lead by CAPS Counselor Brian Petersen) through Zoom each Tuesday from 12pm-1pm.  This support group will be a place for students to check in with each other, to share resources, and to practice a few useful techniques for coping with anxiety.

Stress Management Toolbox Spring 2024

If interested in attending, please email bpetersen@ithaca.edu before 9am EST on Tuesday, and we will send you the Zoom link for the group.  This is a drop-in group, so students can attend as few or as many sessions as they would like.
