I am passionate about each person’s right to explore their struggles and their wholeness, and to create a life that truly nourishes their humanity. In individual therapy and group sessions, I incorporate my training in archetypal and humanistic psychology, cognitive and mindfulness approaches (CBT, DBT), creative and expressive therapies (art, writing, movement), and body-based approaches. Areas of particular interest include LGBTQ+ affirming care, body liberation, eating disorders, social justice and embodiment, trauma healing, and making meaning through grief and loss.

Amy received graduate degrees from Cornell University and Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is also an artist, writer, and bodyworker. 🏳️‍🌈
