We Two Alone, a collection of stories and a novella by Jack Wang, associate professor in the Department of Writing, has been included in the list of Best Canadian Fiction of 2020 by CBC Books. It has also been named one of the 2020 Books of the Year by Quill & Quire, Canada's leading magazine of book news and reviews, and one of the 2020 Books of the Year in fiction by 49th Shelf, a website dedicated to Canadian literature.
We Two Alone was published on September 1, 2020 by House of Anansi Press. To support its release, Wang made appearances in the fall at the University of Toronto, the Toronto International Festival of Authors, Words Across Canada/Word on the Street Toronto, Word Vancouver, the Vancouver Writers Festival, the Victoria Festival of Authors, and the Wild Writers Literary Festival.
The US, UK, and Australian edition of We Two Alone will be published by HarperVia, an imprint of HarperCollins, on June 1, 2021.
