As the College enters its second week of offering classes in a variety of modalities the Information Technology team has been working hard to support the expanded technology needs of our students, faculty and staff.   Whether it’s providing additional training consultations, adjustments to the technology in the classrooms (such as moving the location of cameras and microphones), offering loaner equipment or correcting issues when they arise, there is a team of people ready to provide assistance and work with you to ensure everyone has the best experience possible.  Any of the Information Technology support services can be requested through the following methods.  Thank you.

 Schedule a Consultation with the IT/Learning & Innovative Technologies Team

  • Faculty can request a consultation / training on a wide variety of topics such as utilizing the classroom audio / video tools, working within Sakai, using Zoom or Teams, or best practices for recording instruction using the newly installed hardware. Training is provided by the IT/Learning & Innovative Technologies (formerly TLT) team and can be scheduled using this Bookings Form: Classroom Training
