The four hour virtual workshop focused on the combined work of Ms. Durnford and Dr. Elich Monroe on The BREATH Pathway on Monday February 22, 2021.  

The workshop looked at elements of breath, responsibility, environment, awareness (mindfulness) and thankfulness (gratitude), and habits and how to utilize these to enhance personal and professional well being. The workshop provided information on the theoretical basis of the BREATH Pathway model as well as specific activities or exercises that one can do to practice each component of the model.

The HAMK Wellbeing International week had workshop presenters from Wales, Iceland, Swedan, United Kingdom, Scotland, India as well Finland.
