Intervene was developed by Cornell University and they have granted us permission to implement the program at Ithaca College. The Intervene program helps students identify pro-social bystander intervention skills to safely intervene in potentially harmful situations as an individual or with assistance, and to identify warning signs of discrimination and violence. This session is facilitated by Elyse Nepa and Omar Stoute and counts for credit in the IC Responsibility bystander intervention certification program.
