Installation of New Multi-Function Printers

The installation of new multi-function printers across campus will commence on Tuesday, March 30th, and continue on Tuesdays throughout the remainder of the spring semester.  These printers will replace the old outdated devices and will enhance printer security, provide greater access to printing for the students and help reduce institutional expenses since their cost per page is significantly less then the older devices.  The Information Technology team will be coordinating the deployment of the new printers with each department to ensure the specific locations and appropriate training occurs prior to installation. 

In preparation for the new printers two new print queues will be pushed out to all the computers on campus. The print queues ToshibaBW and ToshibaColor will be utilized to print to any of the 90 new multi-function printers that will be installed.
