Jonathan Ablard, History, Publishes Article on Food History

Dr. Jonathan Ablard, History, published “Framing the Latin American Nutrition Transition in a Historical Perspective, 1850 to the Present” in História, Ciência, Saúde-Manguinhos, a peer-reviewed quarterly publication of the Casa de Oswaldo Cruz, a division of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Dr. Ablard wishes to express his deep gratitude to Kristen McCune and Christopher Allaire, both class of 2011,  who participated in project with the support of Fred L Emerson Humanities Collaborative Grants. Thanks also to Dr. Stacia Zabusky, Associate Dean, for coordinating the grant applications.
