STUDY ABROAD info sessions & drop-in office hours - week of April 12-16

Want to study abroad? Need help finding the right program? Not sure how it all works or what your options are? Come to an info session and get the information you need to make it happen! It's definitely not too soon to start planning for your future international adventure now.

NOTE: all sessions require you to pre-register.

TUESDAY, APRIL 13

  • 6:00 pm - Ithaca College London CenterStudy in the heart of London! Learn everything you need to know about spending a summer or semester at the Ithaca College London Center.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14

  • 3:00 pm - Study Abroad Advising - Drop-in Office HoursConnect anytime within the one-hour window, and a study abroad adviser will be waiting to speak with you. If there is already student with the adviser, you'll be placed in the Zoom waiting room, and will be admitted to the meeting once the adviser is free. Be sure to bring specific questions, as this is not a presentation but a time for you to get your questions answered.

THURSDAY, APRIL 15

  • 3:00 pm - IES Abroad: Studying Sustainability Abroad. Environmental stewardship is a global concern that unites us all, so going abroad creates the perfect setting for studying sustainability. In the spirit of Earth Day, we will be discussing programs that highlight this theme and hearing perspectives from past participants. Join us and discover programs where you can gain an international perspective on environmental sustainability.
     
  • 6:00 pm - Study Abroad Basics: Know Your OptionsCome to one of these sessions to get an overview of all of the study abroad possibilities available to you as an IC student. This session is perfect for those who are just at the beginning stages of study abroad planning. We'll discuss how to best plan for study abroad, explain key terminology and types of programs available, talk about what to consider when choosing a program, and how to plan for the financial side of your study abroad experience.
