Virtual Wellness Coaching Appointments Available for IC Students!

There are a lot of things happening these days that can throw off our sense of wellbeing and balance. 

If you're wondering how to make changes and reclaim some sense of balance, then a confidential, 1-on-1, virtual wellness coaching session may be for you.

Wellness Coaching is provided by the Center for Health Promotion and is available to all IC students. These sessions are confidential, flexible and help you find small changes you can make that impact your overall sense of well being. Our staff are Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness coaches and are operating virtually for the Spring 2021 semester. Whether you're on campus or off, wellness coaching can help you find ways to get better sleep, balance substance use, connect with others, eat well, move your body and more.
