Sign-up for Mindfulness Meditation for Challenging Times

By Hierald Osorto, August 9, 2021

Mindfulness is our ability to be present and aware of ourselves. By paying attention to what is happening in and around us, we can make space for our overwhelming emotions. This presence becomes more natural when we engage in a daily practice.

Over the course of this 6 week free class, we will learn a Mindfulness Meditation technique and work on designing a daily habit. This 45 min. class will meet at 6PM on the following Mondays in the Gathering Hall of  Muller Chapel: 08/30, 09/06*, 09/13, 09/20, 09/27, 10/04. The class on 09/06 will meet online only.

No prior meditation experience required. Open to students, faculty and staff this class is for beginners as well as for those looking to refresh their existing practice. Sponsored by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and Mindful IC.

Space is limited, please register here and we will send additional details.
