Canvas Support:
- Canvas support is available 24/7/365 by logging into Canvas and clicking on the HELP icon located in the vertical menu bar on the left side of the screen. Canvas support is available via phone, chat, or email.
Information Technology Service Desk Hours:
- Week of 08/23: (Phone, Chat, Email and Walk in support)
- Saturday 08/21: 12 pm – 5 pm
- Sunday 08/22: 12 pm - 5 pm
- Monday - Thursday - 8 am - 6 pm
- Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
