Ithaca College Campus Community:
On the morning of Monday, August 23, the Hammond Health Center alerted the IC community of a technical issue in the functionality of the IC Health Badge system for students to display COVID-19 compliance. After a thorough investigation, we believe we have isolated the cause of the issue and have implemented a solution. With this fix implemented, the IC Health Badge should now be restored to normal operation.
Areas that utilize the IC Health Badge can resume doing so at their discretion.
Students impacted by the earlier technical issue should now be able to display a “compliant” green badge. If a student believes that they are still receiving a “non-compliant” display by mistake, please contact healthcenter@ithaca.edu so that further investigation can be done regarding the individual's compliance status.
