Over recent days, there has been a surge in the number of deliveries that have not made it to their intended destination due to insufficient details provided in the ordering process. Please keep reading for some important items to keep in mind when making food deliveries to campus.
1. Include Your Building When Listing Delivery Address
When processing your order, please be sure to include your building in the delivery address. Example:
953 Danby Road | (Residence Hall Building) | Ithaca, NY 14850
Orders that do not include the building have been defaulting to Alumni Hall, so please be sure to include your building when making orders.
2. Do Not Designate Your Delivery for Drop Off
When making your order, please do not designate your order for automatic drop off. Please include contact information in your delivery instructions to ensure that you are able to receive your order.
3. Deliveries Should Be Received OUTSIDE of Residence Halls
All food delivery orders should be received outside of on-campus residence halls.
