Since we launched Intercom on the new website platform this summer, we've had a number of questions about how to make better use of the new features available.
While we're gradually working to grow all our website user documentation, we've given extra attention to Intercom users in this round with some new important additions to our knowledge base that address two of our most popular questions from Intercom contributors:
