Individuals accessing web forms in Formstack (ithaca.edu/formstack) may see a pop-up message stating “Action Required: New IP Addresses must be added by September 24 – If you have added Formstack’s IP to your firewall or other security mechanism, you will need to add additional IPs or you will experience potential integrations (Webhooks, SMTP, and LDAP) randomly fail.”
We are working with our vendor to disable this pop-up message as it does not apply to our environment. Ithaca College will not experience any integration errors as described in the message. If you see this when accessing an Ithaca College form in Formstack, you can dismiss or ignore this message.
