Dr. Morgan Jolley was the guest conductor and clinician for the “Inspire and Empower Choir and Leadership Festival” in Sarasota, Florida on September 11th, 2021. Dr. Jolley worked with choral students from four schools in this process-driven festival which focused on inspiring and empowering those with treble voices in middle and high school. They rehearsed and performed several selections of music by female composers including the work of Florence Price, Andrea Ramsey, and Kim Baryluk. Dr. Jolley also provided professional development to the choral directors throughout the day centered on the topic of inspiring and empowering students within a choral music education setting.
