Guest Speaker Kaitlyn DeHority ’16 M.D
Graduate of SUNY Upstate Medical University, NY will be joining us this Thursday, October 7th at 12:10 pm CNS 115 will present:
“From chemistry and music to medicine: how my experiences at Ithaca College have influenced my career in medicine”
Dr. Kaitlyn DeHority, M.D. (Ithaca College '16 Chemistry, Music) will discuss her experiences at Ithaca College and how they have influenced her work throughout medical school and residency. Specifically, Dr. DeHority will describe how her work in the Chemistry Department at Ithaca College has impacted her path to the University of North Carolina for her residency, why she chose the field she's currently dedicated to, future career goals she has, and briefly, some of the clinical research she is leading.
