Tuesday October 26, 9:30-10:45am, Taughannock Falls Room
Did you ever notice that you seem to have a pattern of behavior when you are managing your time and work - and that you might see certain behaviors rise to the surface when you are under acute stress? Would you like to increase your range of coping responses to that stress and generate possible solutions to returning to a more balanced state? In this session we will briefly review the four dichotomies of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, asking participants to share real life examples. Then we will dive into the subject of how certain types tend to manage their time, work responsibilities, and stressful situations. Be ready to think about your own preferences and share how those might impact your work and life outside of work.
This session is presented by Jess Shapiro, Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Mish Lenhart, Director of Student Engagement, for members of the Women's Mentoring Network at Ithaca College.
