IC Physical Therapy Research on Running Imbalances

When you run, do you feel that your legs are imbalanced? Do you have injuries or pains that typically affect one side more than the other?

Runners Wanted for ICPT Research Study

From having trained for events all the way from a 5K to a 50K, I know how common it is for runners to answer these questions with a YES!

The Ithaca College Physical Therapy Program is currently doing research to develop ways to test and address these issues that runners experience. I am looking for runners to participate in my current study, which is looking at imbalances runners may have while jumping.

We are looking for able bodied, healthy runners between the ages of 18-30 to participate in the study. We welcome anyone from Ithaca College, Cornell, or the Town of Ithaca to join us and come to learn.

See the flyer attached for more details. If you are interested, email me at kbosela1@ithaca.edu so I can get you started!

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Kristopher Bosela at kbosela1@ithaca.edu or 603-748-9083. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
