Dear Campus Community,
We are writing to update you on the status of the Faculty and Staff Winter Social that was scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, December 9th. Given the notification we received today regarding the decision to update the COVID-19 operational status from Green: Lower Risk to Yellow: Low to Moderate Risk, all scheduled in-person gatherings and events on campus that are not associated with academic coursework have been canceled. This includes the cancellation of our Faculty and Staff Winter Social and Hike.
We are hopeful that we will have an opportunity to gather in-person together during the upcoming spring semester.
