IC Partners with Awardco for Employee Service Award & Recognition Program

In our October and November Newsletters we shared that Ithaca College has partnered with Awardco to manage our Employee Service Award and Recognition program. It is the only recognition program to integrate with Amazon Business, providing millions of options that allow employees to redeem from the world’s largest reward network.

Employees can expect an Awardco onboarding email this December, introducing them to the online platform and providing them with an opportunity to acknowledge and recognize the great work of their peers.  Later in December, recent retirees and employees recognized for years of service this past spring will be provided with our first round of reward points.  Information about how to redeem those reward points will be included in the congratulatory email.  Future service award recipients will receive their reward points in the fall following the year they are being recognized. So if you achieve a service award milestone between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022, you will receive your reward points in the fall of 2022.  Retirees will receive reward points in the month following their retirement.
