Sign up for Mindfulness Tools for Stress Management

Mindfulness fosters many aspects of our physical and mental health, from improved immune functions to lower blood pressure to reduction of the stress and anxiety we experience daily. Mindfulness can also help decrease our emotional reactivity and increase our sense of general wellbeing.

Over the course of this 6 week free class, we will learn and practice Mindfulness Meditation, as well as a range of other techniques to recognize and respond to stress mindfully. 

This 45-min. class will meet at 6 pm on the following Mondays in the Gathering Hall of Muller Chapel: 01/31, 02/07, 02/14, 02/21, 02/28 and 03/07.  The class is lively and interactive and is appropriate for both beginners and established practitioners. It is sponsored by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and Mindful IC. Open to students, faculty and staff.
