Chris Holmes, Chair of Literatures in English, and Connor Hibbard, a junior in the Park School, with an English minor, have joined the podcast, Novel Dialogue. The show, which puts famous writers in conversation with literary critics, is beginning its third season this February. Its novelist-guests include: Chang-rae Lee, Ruth Ozeki, Damon Galgut, Charles Yu, Colim Toibin, and others.
Chris will be the host for the episode featuring the winner of the 2021 Booker Prize, South African Damon Galgut, who will be in conversation with Professor Andrew van der Vlies. Their episode airs Feb 17th.
Connor applied for and was hired to the position of Audio Editor at Novel Dialogue. Connor's experience as Station Manager at WICB and host of two podcasts of his own, was of principal interest to the hiring committee at Novel Dialogue.
