Intimate Relationship Policy
As we communicated in the November 2021 HR Newsletter and during the February 1, 2022, All College Gathering, the Senior Leadership Team has recently approved the College’s Intimate Relationship Policy. A draft of this policy was vetted by campus last year. The policy can be found in Section 2.46 Intimate Relationship Policy of the Ithaca College Policy Manual.
Disclosure of an existing intimate relationship between Ithaca College employees as defined by this policy must be provided by February 28, 2022. Future intimate relationships must be disclosed as soon as possible at the onset of the relationship. Disclosures can be made by:
- Sending an email to selfdisclosure@ithaca.edu
- Completing the webform located at https://ithacaedu.formstack.com/forms/self_disclosure_form
- Making an oral disclosure in person to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources OR designated HR Business Partner
