Ithaca College Continuing with Remote Status for Friday, Feb. 4

Because local weather conditions are expected to remain severe on Friday, Feb. 4, Ithaca College will continue with remote status for the entire day. All classes will be held remotely. Essential personnel should report to campus for work at their normal times.

Employees who can work remotely should report to work remotely at their normal times. Employees who need to utilize their paid time away should contact their supervisors. Please refer to the “essential employees” policies for more information.

Essential services provided by the dining halls, health center, facilities, residential life, campus center, information technology, mail services, and public safety will be provided but may have some limited capacities.

The library will be closed. The Fitness Center will be open from 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., and the A&E Center pool will be open from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

COVID wrap around care and testing will be provided as usual.

The college plans to return to normal operating status as of 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5. We will make an announcement if those plans change.

Ithaca College Dining Services reduced operating schedule:

Ithaca Bakery will be open as normal.

Campus Center Dining Hall will be open as normal.

Terrace Dining Hall will be open as normal.

Campus Center Food Court will be open as normal.

Park and Library retail locations will be closed.

Towers Marketplace will be open as normal.

Campus Center Grab-and-Go will be closed.
