Ithaca College recently announced an exciting new partnership with Sanvello to provide the premium version of its mental health and wellness application, which is now available free of charge to all IC faculty, staff and students! If you are looking to learn more about Sanvello or some advice on how to get started utilizing this new resource there is a perfect upcoming opportunity for you!

Make plans to save the date for Thursday, February 10, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. for a live virtual webinar and Q&A session. Tune-in to join representatives from Sanvello give a live demonstration of the applications various functions and share their knowledge on how to get started utilizing Sanvello to its full potential. Following the live presentation, we will reserve time for a live question and answer session where students, faculty and staff can submit specific questions they may have.

  • Mood Tracking and Additional Metrics – Series of tracking tools to help you better understand your mood and aspects of your health and wellness like healthy nutritional and sleeping habits.
  • Goal-Setting and Progress Assessments – Set goals for yourself and utilize tracking tools to monitor your progress towards longer term personal growth.
  • Guided Journeys – Led by experts, guided journeys are collections of video explorations, audio meditations and focused self-analysis exercises that are designed to be completed at your own place. 
  • Mini-Collections – Series of smaller bite-size video and audio content focusing on particular topics of interest.
  • Peer Groups – Connect with other Sanvello users, share personal stories, and engage with others on a variety of different topics.

To access the premium version of Sanvello at no cost, IC members must download the application and create an account utilizing their IC email address. Please note that due to digital security reasons, Ithaca College asks that users DO NOT share their IC email address with friends or family members interested in utilizing this service. Ithaca College also requests that all users create a unique password for this service and DO NOT plan to use the same password as their IC email account.
