Information Technology is looking for students to join our new Student Technology Advisory Council (STAC) to provide feedback, guidance and advice on technology at Ithaca College. For more information and to apply please visit www.ithaca.edu/it/stac. Applications are due by 5 PM Friday, March 11th.
Members of STAC will meet monthly with IT leadership to discuss things like:
- ResNet
- Canvas
- Service Desk and Support Services
- WiFi Issues
- Information Security
- Data privacy, use of student data
- Innovative technology development and exploration (VR, Makerspace, etc.)
- And other topics involving the use of technology at IC
We are looking for students to serve for the remainder of this academic year and next year.
STAC will meet on the first Wednesday evening of each month from 5 PM to 6:30 PM.
