The 19th annual Women in Leadership Experience (WILE) will occur on March 26, 2022 in Seneca Falls, New York.

The retreat offers a tradition of networking and engaging conversations among the participants, exploring the perceptions of progress for women, including a look at challenges that different generations and identity groups have faced, and how influences of past and present women leaders can shape your future.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is open to all Ithaca College students who are interested in learning more about the historical experiences of women in leadership and how to cultivate women in leadership in the future. This retreat counts as three Leading in a Diverse World sessions in the Student Leadership Institute.
