Austin Ruffino, Class of 2024
Austin was hired as a Learning Coach in the Spring of 2020 to tutor students in Applied Calculus. Since that time Austin has done a tremendous job supporting students in Math 108, being a strong and creative advocate for student learning, and cultivating a professional relationship with the Tutoring and Academic Enrichment Services (TAES) office. His leadership contributions and steady engagement during the pandemic has been outstanding.
In his new role, Austin is charged with contributing to the vision and strategic plans for TAES, supervision of peers, training and development. He will also be involved with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring the new class of Learning Coaches for next academic year.
Austin is a member of the Park School of Business. He is majoring in Business Administration/Management, with minors in Data Sciences and Business Analytics. He is currently a Teaching Assistant (TA) for Math 108.
