SUPERvision: Recognizing and Retaining Student Employees
Students who enjoy their work are more likely to stay and excel in their jobs. Frequent, meaningful recognition can dramatically improve student employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. This discussion-based workshop will offer supervisors the chance to learn and share practical ideas for rewarding and recognizing student employees at IC, prior to student employee appreciation week (April 5-11, 2022)!
