Qualtrics has resolved the technical issues that were impacting the sending of survey responses to an email address.  Users with active surveys that are meant to send responses to an email address may want to check the IC Qualtrics site via apps.ithaca.edu for any new responses received while this forwarding feature was unavailable (since last week).
