The JED Campus Initiative is excited to announce that Stop and Breathe Week is back this spring, April 30th through May 6th! During Stop and Breathe Week, we will be highlighting all the activities and programs offed throughout the Ithaca College campus, that will allow us all to take a moment to STOP and BREATHE for our mental health.
We are looking for as many offices and student organizations, that are already planning on offering mental health and wellness related programming that week, to join us.
Was your department or student organization needing inspiration for new ideas for programming before the semester ends? Holding an event for Stop and Breathe Week is a great way to have a high impact program that will really make a mark on campus. Stress relief activities? Meditation? Yoga? Music? Support groups? We love it all! Reach out to us if you need any help deciding what’s best for your group.
JED will include your program on the Stop and Breathe Week communications that go out to the campus community and feature them at our table during Stop and Breathe Week. What a great way to get the word out about your event! #freemarketing
