The Formstack authentication changes scheduled for Wednesday, March 16th have been rescheduled to Monday, March 21st due to a technical issue on Formstack’s end with the migration.
Starting Monday, March 21st, Ithaca College Formstack user accounts will be protected by Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and the login experience will slightly change. Formstack may be unavailable for a brief time between 8:00 am – 9:00 am on Monday, March 21st while these changes are being made.
How does this impact me?
Web-forms hosted through Formstack will continue to work without disruption for users filling out forms. Access to build forms or to participate in workflows may be intermittent between 8:00 am – 9:00 am on Monday, March 21st, while changes are being implemented. Following the change, when logging in to https://www.ithaca.edu/formstack, you will see an Ithaca College branded login screen and a Duo prompt like the login experience for Office 365. Any Formstack forms that require authentication to fill out a form will also see the new login experience.
